Why I Created The Jentle Parent
As a mum of three young children, I know how overwhelming parenting can feel. I also know how hard it is when you’re trying to do things differently — without the yelling, punishments, or threats that many of us grew up with.
That’s why I created The Jentle Parent: a space for gentle, attachment-focused parenting support. Here, you’ll find real-life tools and encouragement for raising children with respect and kindness — while also looking after yourself.
